Under Deck waterproofing
This under-deck drainage system uses a network of troughs and downspouts to divert water into a gutter system that moves it away from the deck. This creates an area under the deck that stays dry and free from the elements. For homeowners, this doubles their outdoor living space.
Not all under-deck drainage systems are the same. Our system use a rubberized membrane that drapes over the joists to keep the wood 100% protected from water. Preventing the substructure from rot and wood decay that typically can happen at around 8-10 years.
Once the system is installed, we can add utilities for lighting, ceiling fans, entertainment centers and more! Then the space can be finished by adding a ceiling.
