Trex Under-Deck waterproofing
This under-deck waterproofing system utilizes a network of troughs and downspouts to efficiently divert water into a gutter system, transporting it away from the deck. As a result, the area beneath the deck remains dry and protected from the elements, effectively creating an additional living space for homeowners.
Not all under-deck drainage systems are the same. Our system utilizes a rubberized membrane that drapes over the joists to keep the wood 100% protected from water. This prevents the substructure from rot and decay, which can be a common issue in decks as they age.
Once the system is installed, we can add utilities for lighting, ceiling fans, and entertainment centers. Then under deck ceilings can be added for a complete finished look.
