Tim Benak: Licensed General Contractor
Born and raised in Omaha, Tim was hired onto the Omaha Fire Department in 2013. While working full-time as a firefighter, Tim finished college at UNO with a BS in Emergency Management and a Masters in Public Administration.
Buying and working on his first home in 2015 began a lifelong obsession with home construction. Living through many whole-home renovations of his own, Tim understands the importance of a clean safe job site and brings a keen eye for detail to every project that he undertakes.
Ron Benak: Consultant
As a third generation South O Boy, Ron retired from the Omaha Fire Department in 2010. Upon retirement, Ron refined his lifelong love for carpentry as he went back to work for a local restoration company. Now he and his son, Tim, want to work for you. Ron strives to create a customer-first experience and brings to the team a masterful craftman skillset.
Gracie Benak: Lead Designer
An eye for the finer details, Gracie brings years of experience designing interior and exterior living spaces- from interior design finishes to whole home layouts. She works hard to provide customers with balanced solutions to make the new space safe, functional, and beautiful. Gracie also works in the Omaha area as a realtor for Better Homes and Gardens. Providing her with insight on the evolving market and the newest trends in design and architecture.
