Deck Building Process

A consultant from Benak Builder will visit your home for a deck design consultation to listen to and discuss your goals. Through this introduction, we aim to visualize your dream space and its future use while ensuring it is feasible for deck building within the area. During the visit, we will complete a survey, take measurements and photos, and assess any mechanical or structural concerns as part of the deck construction process to successfully incorporate your design.

During our deck design consultation, we will review a design rendering that was specifically crafted based on your inspiration. If you're uncertain about your layout or finishes, our designer can propose options that align with your goals throughout the deck construction process.

At this stage of the deck construction process, we will provide an estimate for what your desired deck will cost. We will also offer a detailed contract that ensures clarity and communication between B/B and the customer, facilitating a complete understanding of what's involved in the deck building and deck design consultation.

At this stage of the deck construction process, the General Contractor will begin working on your deck. Throughout this phase, the GC will maintain constant communication regarding the progress of your deck building project.

At this final step of the deck construction process, we will walk the area with the client to ensure that their dream space has become a reality, following our thorough deck design consultation.
