Deck Building Process

Benak Builder's consultant will visit your home to listen and discuss your goals. With this introduction, we aim to visualize your dream, your future use of the space, and make sure it is feasible within the area. We will complete a survey, take measurements, photos, and look for any mechanical or structural concerns for incorporating your design.

With the client, we will review a design rendering that was specifically crafted by your inspiration. If you are uncertain about your layout or finishes, our designer can propose options to match your goal. 

At this stage, we will provide an estimate for what your desired deck will cost. 

We will provide a detailed contract that provides the clarity and communication necessary for B/B and the customer to have a complete understanding  of what will be involved. 

At this point, the General Contractor will begin working on your deck. The GC will be in constant communication as to how the project is progressing. 

At this final step, we will walk the area with the client and make sure that their dream space has become reality.
